Pulpo Anticuchero
A recipe with grilled octopus that is very famous in the Peruvian coasts. It stands out because the octopus pieces are bathed in aji de la casa, one of the most demanded products in Aji Ceviche Bar. We also add aji panca sauce to give it much more flavor. The octopus is finally accompanied with choclo and even potatoes depending on the client’s taste.
