When we talk about the most important dishes in Peruvian cuisine, it is difficult not to talk about Ceviche Frito. We are usually used to the original version, but this one is delicious as well. Besides, it still has the unmistakable flavor of the acevichado sauce or “Leche de Tigre” that characterizes fried ceviche.
