Achorado 

In Peruvian slang, an achorado is a person with hostile behavior towards others. However, this word is also used to refer to a delicacy that you must try at Ají Ceviche Bar. Ceviche served in a glass, with a mixture of seafood and roasted peppers. It includes the rocoto and yellow versions of peppers together with a delicious jalea.
