Calle Capon 

Derived from the name of one of the mythical streets of Peruvian gastronomic culture, we bring this recipe directly to your palate. Unlike the ceviches you have seen so far, this one is prepared with tuna and fried wonton. The latter is a fried dough that will be placed in the center of the dish. Calle Capon also has pineapple and tamarind sauce.
