One of the house specialties is the Arroz sin Censura. It combines a good amount of delicious ingredients in a harmonious way. Of course, the starring role goes to fish and seafood with white wine, although they are not the only ones to mention. Red peppers, Parmesan cheese and carrots finish off the flavor with green peas, cilantro leaves and a touch of olive oil.
