AJI CEVICHE BAR and its founder, Freddy Zubieta, have a wonderful story

“The roots of my passion for cooking, arise from an early age within me. I started cooking when only 15 years old. I studied gastronomy in Peru and Mexico, expanding my culinary experience internationally, in Spain and the United States.”

I love cooking, it’s my passion and my way of expressing my emotions, says Freddy Zubieta.

In March of 2015, we took our first successful steps in Orlando, with Ají food truck, with the idea of providing a new alternative to the Peruvian cuisine in Orlando.

After seeing the success we had, we decided to expand and that is how Ají Ceviche Bar was born in partnership with two great friends. On August 23 2018, we opened the doors of our first AJI CEVICHE BAR branch.

We plan to continue expanding, delighting our customers, with the best flavors and service they deserve, exceeding the expectations of their palates.
